No parking in the area. You need to pay for parking, which for a suburban location is ridiculous, there are other options. On top of that, the waitress spilled cold water on top of 1/4 of our pizza, she didn’t apologize, she just walked away. At the end she hadn’t compted us for the damages, we had to ask, and even then for having ruined 1/4 of our meal she only deducted 10%. I do not recommend going to this place, there are way better options.Follow-up, contacted address left by owner below, no response. So replies pretend to be interested in resolving issues, but they are not. Waited a good two weeks .Parking: Street parking completely taken, once the new development opens, that will make it worse.

Pizza cold. Everyone in a big rush. Slow down and engage your customers. Life is short.

Great UNA location, with a vibe and feel very similar to the original 17th Ave location. The service we had was very friendly and efficient. Our pizzas were excellent, but a little shy on toppings when it came to an otherwise great vegetarian pizza.

UNA is a special restaurant. Their food and drinks are top notch, including their monthly features. Recently, we received excellent service from John and Drea. They both went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience :) Highly recommend!

UNA pizza is so good. Personally I like Broadcast more than the downtown location! There are two levels of dining and if it is busier the tables are fairly close together. I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like on the menu. The dates are a delight, and all pizzas are delicious. We treated ourself to desert and holy smokes, the tiramisu donuts are to die for. Yum

We have ordered take out from this place multiple times however the last two times were extremely disappointing. First off, since they have changed their online ordering site, we have had to call in and order through the phone as their new website doesn’t allow gift cards or to pay at the store.Although we were promised food at a certain time, both times that we have ordered, we have had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our food to be ready. This has been extremely stressful especially when we have a toddler with us and have had to wait in their busy lobby area. No apologies or acknowledgement for the additional wait. We love their pizza but don’t know if we would go back.

We had a reservation for my dads birthday and we were sat right by the washroom which was a bit unpleasant for us. The service was pretty good and the food was yummy! But since the location of our table along with the smell and noise level it made our experience not as good.

We arrived early with only one table seated and we were greeted immediately. After seating choices of water were stated then another choice of drinks asked for after water was delivered. We asked about a few dishes and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and we chose accordingly. All items were excellent and we left very satisfied once again.

Tiki pizza was so doughy and tagliatelle sauce had no flavour and gnocchi portion so tiny. With a coke and Italian soda 118$

We love Una Pizza and I was excited to go for my birthday to try a new location. I have to say that the service level at Broadcast was different than 17th Ave and Bridgeland. The server forgot about us a couple times and left the table alone when we still had orders to put in or refills to request. As the birthday girl, I was bummed when she never put my drink order in. Everyone else at the table was enjoying their drinks for 20 minutes until I stopped another server and asked if my drink was on the way. We ordered 3 different vegetarian pizzas but I ended up eating a piece of bacon on the margarita pizza.

The food was fine but service was really not great. It took us 5 min to find a server to order then waited 30 min for our food. Apparently there was a big group ahead of us. No one came to check in on us during the whole time. No water, nothing. We ordered two appetizers which also couldn't be brought out earlier. The kids were pretty much screaming by the time we got the food.
