Worst Wendy's in Calgary. Staff couldn't care less and the freaking potatoes machine has been broken for almost a year! I need to learn my lesson and stop coming to this one.

Wasn’t overall impressed by the frosty we got from this location it was more watery and was melting quicker than we could eat it , my partner & I ended up not feeling well after eating here and the strawberry frosty tasted very artificial and only had a small amount of the strawberry puree that didn’t even mix well. Very expensive for one small frosty won’t be coming back to this location.

Soggy Burgers, Needs Better Storage wrapping paper turns to Ice after 15 min and doesn’t store the food well.Use food safe cardboard.
If you could name one Wendy’s the WORST Wendy’s of Calgary. This would be it. I’ve waited a year or two to write this as I live in the area and keep hoping they get their s together. But this has been the fourth visit with a terrible experience, so here I am to write this.. In the past I’ve had hard wraps, stale chicken strips, brown lettuce, old fries.. etc. Today took the cake.I order my food (keep in mind I’m the ONLY person in the drive through), repeated my full order twice.I get handed a bag with missing items. Nicely question where my poutine is and she snaps at me that she asked me twice. I’ve also just worked a 12 hour shift so I’m not ready to argue or wait any longer at this point.I work on 130th and the Wendy’s there is the bomb, I always think this one will measure up. But think twice. Food and service at this location have always been horrendous. Tonight was my last second chance.

Horrible experience with the food, services was good, the store was so clean but the food was Horrible. We order 2 hamburguer with chili and fries, both hamburguer was terrible, looks like they had this prepared for long time ago and decided give to us. We got sick, stomach ache and bad digestion. We were there becuase we loved Wendy's and this supposed to be a fresh food. Please don't do that, if you have food there for another customer and they don't picked up or whatever please through that food, is not healthy and people get sick.
