It was not very nice outside, so we ordered Door Dash.I don’t know what happened to the driver, but it was close to an hour when I was texting with him and told him I would pick up my own food.When I arrived at Wendy’s to get it, of course it had been sitting there for nearly an hour.The shift supervisor came over and she would not let me take it, she said, “You can’t have that! It’s been sitting far too long!”They promptly made me a fresh order, and it was perfect.That is great service!

Went thru drive thru in Country Hills. Overcooked chicken strips that you could not bite through. Order a baked potato and was burned skin and had been sitting for a long time. No quality checks. Terrible food. Come on people why can’t you be consistent in
