I called ahead to ask if they were still serving breakfast by 10am and the person who answered the phone said “obviously” and once I got there I had to wait 30 minutes for my food because they were transitioning their menu for lunch time. ridiculous and no one stays at front to assist and take orders for their customers. Specifically a girl with a grumpy face, she had her hair up in a bun with ugly blonde highlights was acting like I was bothering them by ORDERING through the front. We were the only customers no one was even in the drive thru. I had to wait 10 minutes to ask for a spoon for my FROSTY. She told me it’s upon request, I know that at least don’t hide in the back for me to have to wait to have a spoon for my ice cream? She was very rude and our food tasted like it’s been sitting out all morning even though we dined in. All the reviews are right this location is ran by irresponsible and rude indian people

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told AT THE WINDOW that they’re only taking cash. No one at the speaker mentioned this. Instead, the person working the speaker took forever to understand our order. This location has always had absolutely horrible service. Corporate needs to look into this location, and bring in an all new team. Absolutely unacceptable guys.
Edit - 5 years later: they also suck and shorted my nuggets. No wonder I stopped going for so long. Guess I'll continue to avoid..Picture of me not holding my nuggets.SO SLOW. If you value your time, don't come to this location. I was there at 4pm and waited in a 20 minute line for just 3 customers ahead to be served. And one of those was someone who went through the drive thru and was given the wrong order. Every person ordered, waited then got their food before the next person was able to place their order.

Every time I get something from this location they get something wrong. Today I asked for a burger with just ketchup, and they put a ton of everything else on it (including Mayo, which I am allergic too) and now I am home and will not take the 20 minutes it takes to drive one way back to switch it. Get your stuff together!- one missed off mama.

So even though the ban on paperbags was squashed these guys gave me my food on a tray at the drive through I had to give back. No fork for my salad and no straw was given no napkins. Everything is extra now it seems. I wasn't going home so try juggling fries a drink and a salad with dressing on a seat (minus the drink) and sip out of the drink with the lid off when I could. What gives with this? Am I supposed to eat my salad with fries or my hands? No napkins or fork? Definitely just not going back unless I am going home to eat right away. If I had more than one meal I couldn't imagine trying to keep all the fries from going all over etc. Guess I need to bring extra people to hold all the things.

Dog awful. The JBC is the only good thing on the menu and somtimes isn't even all the way cooked. The customer service is rude and try to help you the least they possibly can, and they limit free refills even when you wait a long time for your food.Overall, go to litterally anywhere else if your in the area ?
