My burger was literally raw, they took forever, and refused to answer any calls I made.Edit: I then called in and the lady basically said "that's too bad, we don't cook the food a timed machine does so it's not our fault." Unbelievably terrible customer service and she did not offer to do one thing to help or give my money back etc.

They need to fix the pot hole in this drive-thru. Throw gravel in the hole. Without fail, hit the every damn time knowing it's there. Maybe the ones reading this can avoid the hole. As I sit and watch all the other vehicles hit it too. Not trying to get a flat an or bent rim.

There's that one supervisor and that short chinese girl with blue contacts; I swear they both have severe mental issues... got a double jbc and a chicken wrap ... the wrap was vile; the chicken was so dried out, left in that heater so long out it was simply not edible or for for human consumption. I just ended up throwing it in the parking lot from the sidewalk... maybe the birds can salvage it. If you people are going to use the phrase "we don't cut corners" and constantly tout how much you serve fresh, quality food, then damn well make sure you actually do so.Parking: parking lot is full of socialist gen Z addicts

Come here a lot with my hot butch friend she buys me food. Always fast in the drive thru and nice, y'all the real ones working so late. Catch me getting two cheesy cheddars, large fries, Jr van frosty, and sometimes chicken nuggets. I come thru in my pajamas idc we out here being comfy and eating food. Don't let angry customers get to you I work service too people are cringe but I appreciate y'all <3
