Hello I went to Wendy’s near close at westhills towne centre. I received a 3 piece chicken fingers that were entirely raw in the middle. After eating half of one before noticing i then went through the drive thru and was denied service. I then phoned until someone answered to come though the drive through. Then was told that I would not be receiving a refund and was given fries and a drink. Since then I have been extremely sick and and very upset with the treatment that I received in getting any sort of refund.

Possibly the worst operated Wendy’s in the city. They are consistently slow resulting in long drive thru waits, and the staff are unfriendly. Today’s experience caused me to write this review: most of the order was completely wrong. We ordered a JCD and two double stacks. Instead we got two plain single cheeseburgers and a single cheese with ketchup on it. Not sure how they managed that. To top it off they did not provide a receipt in the bag so I can’t leave feedback officially.

I will never be back to this location. I ordered in the restaurant, and watched them serve 15 other people before my order. I finally had to intervene and tell them that I was waiting for my food. I even asked if they were prioritizing SkipTheDishes and they said no. They weren’t apologetic. I’m not impressed.

The food was okay, but they had by far one of the dirtiest fast food washrooms I've ever seen. Toilet paper everywhere, waste on the toilet and floors, dirt caked in the sinks. The owner of this franchise should watch cleanliness.
Got the food home to see the doubles we had ordered had burger patties just cut in half and stacked instead of 2 patties.Fries has cheese sauce instead of curds. Simple but yet wrong, must be a bunch of stoned kids working.
