what a joke. made a mobile order on their app. walk over to the store. closed. 6 foot high fence all around, no access to doors, construction people saying its closed. i walk back to my office and call them to tell them to cancel the order and they dont understand their store isnt open to people. i dont know if they dont see the fence or what but they didnt listen to me. after i started screaming at them to cancel the order for the 50th time they tell me to drive through. drive through what? go through the drive through? on foot? with this citys moron drivers coming through? no. my vehicle is being worked on thats why im at the office lol. they just kept saying my order was ready. good for them ill be getting a refund one way or another. should not have even been able to select the store on the app if its not open properly.Update: still no refund so i have to make a dispute, their customer service email does not allow you to email them back. they said i would get a $15 credit in the app but it was only $7 as apprently you must use the entire credit at once. terrible customer service still

Your quality is slipping! Undercooked stringy bacon in my burger and an order of fries half full of tiny pieces of fries and tiny fries, throw those stumps and trash away, knowbody wants that hiding in the bottom of their fries box! I’ll change my review IF quality improves, downgrade if worse.

Went through drive through. Had to try and process my payment 4 times because their system was not functioning properly. Got home 5 minutes later and the fries I had ordered were cold, not cool COLD.At a time when costs are going up these companies need to at least offer hot food and decent service.

Paper straws but they've gone back to plastic cups. Make it make sense????? Dumbest thing I have seen any fast food place do. Also use common sense, if someone is in the drive thru, of course they need a bag, they're driving and need their hands to drive, they can't hold their food and they don't want fries spilling everywhere. The city's bylaw is ridiculous, common sense should rule out. Post that there will be an additional $0.15 for the bag and just give them to anyone in the drive thru. Use logic above anything else.

I go through drive thru regularly as it is close to a wholesaler I visit frequently. I haven't had a complaint about the service I have recieved here.
