I went through the drive-through at 1230pm on 03-29-2023 for a double french onion burger combo. After inspecting the burger, I realized there was a hair in between my patties. I brought it in, and they replaced it with a hairless burger. My hair has bright colors all over, so it cant be my hair perfectly placed in the burger. ?

Ordered a poutine from this Wendys on 3 separate occasions through DoordarshEach time, they send fries in a poutine box without cheese or gravy. Here are the excuses they've given as to why:- "It gets busy sometimes- "you asked for no cheese or gravy" (I didnt, and would have just ordered fries for cheaper if thats what i wanted...)- Hung up because "we're busy"

We stopped here for some lunch on our way home and found this Wendy's restaurant to be one of the better ones we have been to. The staff were attentive and got our orders right, the restaurant was clean and overall it was a great experience!

Cold food and you gotta pay 15c for a bag. Every fast food restaurant gets minus 2 star for charging for a bag. She passed my fries out the window, minus 12 out.

It seemed their ventilation for the fryers and grill was not working properly. It smelt like grease and smoke from the fryers . Food was great service was great as well .

My husband and I had just landed after a very long flight and were ravenous. We decided to pull through to Wendy’s drive through and order. We both had the spicy chicken sandwiches, were given no napkins, no extras of any kind, no bag (lol), were just handed all of our food in a pile. Great bylaw, Calgary!And lo and behold, nearing bedtime I get horrible gut wrenching pain. I spent all night on the toilet with food poisoning, as did my husband. It was absolutely horrible. Do not eat the chicken from here!!!!
Good fast food at a comparable price. Even more so with one of their coupons. The Frosty is a tasty way to end your meal.

Entered this Wendy's for lunch the other day. An employee was staring at me while she proceeded to microwave a glass dish; her lunch maybe? Meanwhile 2 other employees were staring at me with a deer in the headlights looks. Like hello I'm here to order lunch. Just about walked outVery unprofessional franchise. Should seek new management
