When I worked fast-food as a teenager I had to do it all, including cleaning the washrooms when they were absolutely disgusting. Yet, at this location nobody want to take responsibility for making sure the washroom is clean. A urinal is overflowing with piss so badly it's on the floor. Put your big girl and boy pants on and get in there with some gloves and clean the washroom. With a washroom in a state like that the first question I have is about food sanitation? How can the food possibly be sanitary when workers are walking around with piss on their boots. Honestly, yuk!!!Not only is the store not well kept, but they get orders wrong nearly every time. It's simple, look at the screen and fill the order as intended. When we ask for apples, it means apples, not fries. This Wendy's isn't even that busy, so there is no excuse for messing up an order.

Great staff. Good food however a little bit problematic area from the drug addicts hanging around for some reason. I had an issue with the washroom being very unsanitary. I ask the staff if I could possibly use the other washroom available but they said no which is unfortunate especially in these times where I don't believe that they should have female versus male washrooms but they do. The men's room was completely filthy and unsanitary and I couldn't use it. I really felt bad for the staff that had to clean it up.I felt like there was a human rights violation by not allowing me a clean washroom.

They don’t put your drive through food in a paper bag! They hand it to you out the window in a nasty looking bin. The fries tipped over and were spilled in the bin, the remainder of the fries spilled in my truck, and the food was cold before I got home. I was so socked I had to Google if Canada banned single use paper bags but apparently this Wendy’s is the only one handing drive through customers their food loose from a dirty bin. BRING BAG THE BAGS.

This place is decent. When we bought our burgers home. It was warm, but I do not really like the taste of it, It doesn’t have much cheese and meat flavour on it. But the service was nice, people are respectful to us. I also think they should add more chairs and tables.
