I got my friend to pick an order for the both of us this morning through the mobile app. Extremely unsatisfied with the older woman working at the drive through. My friend had to ask her to fill up the coffee which for the second time now they have messed up a simple drink. She looked tired and gave her a regular coffee instead of the Vanilla Frostyccino. How can you mess up a simple drink.... The drink also looked darker than usual which not to my surprised when I had a sip of it. Will not be going to this location for my drinks which is unfortunate because usually the food taste great whenever I come. Sucks that a single person can ruin something so basic.

February 27 10:30 pm..that Filipino manager was so rude have no respect for customer I didn’t even finished my order & she was gone . Zero customer service long waiting time even for a small order & to my surprise I got someone else order with wrong items sucks . To that manager :- If you don’t like your job Quit & stay home . To management kindly do retraining & hire new employees..there are plenty of people who deserve & can give a way better great service. Never coming back .Deserve 0 star .

No customer service Unpleasant faces, walking like someone chained their legs. I ordered my food and when I went to window they prepared wrong food and I heard them pointing them each other. Finally when I left and when had a bite of my food it was cold. What a waste of time and money.
