Sadly this restaurant was closed by ahs. I attended the weekly rally in protest of closure, and covid restrictions. This a group of the best people gathered to enjoy the amazing pizza and potluck brought by the attendees. Great place to visit, eat and let children play together

I ordered pizza from Without Papers and they accommodated my vegan request right away. The food was delicious and the servers were courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love delicious pizza. I read that their permit was revoked because of a political reason. It isn’t fair to negatively affect someone livelihood with an unfairly negative review. This restaurant has been in business for several years with no health issues. The food is good and service is excellent. God Bless

They have shown they don't care about following necessary health practices to keep others safe and have managed to conflate rights with privileges. But at the end of day it's a good services establishment that refuses to keep their customers from getting sick.

Does not follow health regulations, has had its food handling permit revoked. The city is looking at closing it down permanently because of repeated health violations and the risk to the public. I had gone to it before and relieved I didn’t get very I’ll but will never go again and recommend no one else does
We promptly left when we realized that this pizza joint wasn’t following the provincial and city covid mandates. It certainly makes you reflect on the other health and safety laws that they have ignored pre-covid. We went across the street and had fabulous pizza. Never again Without Papers.

Got pizza here for family and a few friends. Turns out they aren't following the local bylaws enacted to help protect community health, so can't say I'll be back. Also, they make a horrible cannoli.
