So disappointed! Had high hopes from having tried this franchise elsewhere, and it didn’t even feel risky assuming they would have one of the better pearls as that seems to be their claim to fame or what sets them apart from other bubble tea places. Pearl quality = horrible. So mushy. To see the staff still stiring this stale stuff made it even sadder. Two drinks, both fails (bad iteration of ‘dalgona’ and an entirely artificial tasting bunny smoothie). Egg waffle was bland and dense, with burnt particles.

There new bubble waffle deserts are delicious. The real hong kong egg waffles are some of the best I've ever tried and of course they have the best milk tea and brown sugar Pearl's of any bubble tea store.
