We picked Yellow Door Bistro for a ladies brunch get together. The food and beverage options on the menu were impressive. Having the buffet option was a nice touch for most of the ladies.What truly made our experience even more special was our kind and courteous server. Fiona was friendly, helpful, welcoming and very attentive. She made sure we were well taken care off during our entire visit and offered various suggestions for both food and beverages. She had the friendliest smile on her face while assisting us and this made our experience truly memorable.Thank you again, Fiona!

Yellow Door Bistro exceeded our expectations for brunch in every way. The restaurant offered a delightful variety of options. From the fresh salads to the hot buffet items, each dish showcased quality ingredients and expert preparation.What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Fiona. Not only was she attentive and efficient, but her warm and personable demeanor made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our meal. Solid brunch buffet on the weekends..one of the better ones in the city. And decent pre-Flames game specials too. Outside of that, prices are kind of crazy ($10 for a double espresso with breakfast is just silly).Service is decent, but they often seem understaffed.

Really impressed with the food selection in our prix fixe menu. The Zero proof pairings was really good too. As the night was busy there could have been additional wait staff to make the service run more smoothly. I also found the music to be a little loud making it difficult to keep conversation. Overall a great experience with a few minor hiccups. Would recommend this restaurant for a good evening.

Seating a large group of very loud people in the middle of the restaurant was very disruptive. Suggest large group events are moved into a separate space - they were encroaching into many other tables. The food was not fresh - hot items were room temperature at best. Need to ensure patrons are not reaching across trays behind other trays - the good safety was a major issue. The items are so small - it is more like an ordoeuvre bar than a brunch buffet. Really unprofessional behavior from the server - I don't need to hear that this is ‘your Friday' and you plan to go home and start drinking. Really disappointing experience - not sure how this was rated as one of Calgary's best brunches - it was not good if not unsafe.
Amazing service, and VERY GOOD food. Quite pricey. Atmosphere wasn't intimate or cozy, but rather funky and interesting from a design perspective, but felt a little cold. Jonathan's service was impeccable.

Came here for buffet brunch yesterday and was sorely disappointed. The ambiance and decor is nice as well as good service but the buffet was not good at all. It tasted dry and very bland. Not enough options. The best things for me were the sliced fruit which they obviously did not make. I was expecting this to be as good as OEB & Brekkie with the reviews but sadly it fell very short of my expectations. $90 with tip for two of us. Was not worth it. I prefer the Blackfoot buffet to this as there is more options and not much of a price difference but if you wanna splurge then check out The Wild or Flores & Pine.

Had drinks in here with my father for New Year's Eve. Staff was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable on there selections and lots of choices for drinks. Staff was friendly, helpful and absolutely delightful to visit with as we enjoyed our adult beverages. Especially Oleg, Seamus, Charlotte, and Chad. Thank you guys again for the great memories, conversations and Happy New Years to all of you!!!
