We ordered for take-out as we were driving back from a vacation in Calgary, as we entered, Lunch wasn’t being served yet as it was Breakfast time. Instead of TELLING US Lunch isn’t being served yet, they stood around laughing like they’re in the audience of The Tonight Show. They were talking in their own language. Other than that situation, the food was decent and the restaurant looked a little outdated. Canmore, you disappointed us.(PS: I STRONGLY REFUSE FROM USING THE WASHROOM)Parking: Parking can be somewhat hard when it’s busyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is basic here

Since new operators took over there food quality is not the same as other A&w locations as they like to cut there costs. Got a nice stewed burger that was very old.
Me and my girlfriend had gone through the drive though to get our meal, and they had not given us the correct order (no big deal) when my girlfriend went inside to grab the proper food the unprofessional staff denied that the order was wrong and treated my girlfriend with absolute disrespect saying "oh your just trying to get free food" The older oriental lady was especially disrespectful and after reading the other reviews on here we see that there is no fixing that. You can't teach an old dog new tricks so I suggest replacing the staff with more respectable, professional people that care about the customers.

In theory, all A&Ws across Canada should be the same. But for some inexplicable reason this was in a few notches above the others. I stop here every time I pass through Canmore! I particularly like their poutine on a proper porcelain plate and a large rootbeer in a frosted mug.
Visited here while on route deeper into the mountains! We had burgers and fries, and they truly tasted like they were made with effort and care. The chipotle mayo that came with the yam fries was labelled with a prepared and use by dated sticker, which showed how fresh it was! The burger just looked good and tasted great. Keep up the effort Canmore A&W team!
