This is one of the best restaurants in Canada. A total gem in the mountains. Every plate is a work of art and the cocktails are delicious. The staff Lovely and the space is very quaint. Overall an excellent experience

A fabulous experience. We had the tasting menu which was a collection of three appetizers and two mains and a dessert from the regular menu. A perfect collage of sampling the different dishes. We look forward to going back.

What a tremendous evening. We had the ‘6 courses tasting menu' along with pairings. It's pricey but well worth it. The food was delicious and unique. We thought the pairings were also excellent as they enhanced the food. Paisley and her staff were exceptional. Just an overall great experience and we will be coming back, when in town next time.

Amazing dinner. The tasting menu is fantastic and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and incredible with service. This is definitely the top restaurant in Canmore now. We will be back for sure. It's worth the drive even just for dinner from Calgary!

An incredible and unique food experience! Each dish had multiple flavours that paired so well together. I was also extremely impressed with the non alcoholic drink pairings, as most high end restaurants don't have that as an option. Not cheap but worth every penny!
Awesome, truly. Julie and Paisley were both very friendly and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Well worth the price and the 90 minute drive from downtown Calgary. I will be back.

The new Lamb dish was amazing.The wine list is limited with the wine by the glass program and I think the restaurant could offer more selections and balanced pricing. For example, if you want a glass of chardonnay it's $10 more than other wines by the glass. Why not offer a reasonable priced glass then have a premium glass. There were some nice selections though and appreciate some of the Spanish wines on offer.

A simply wonderful evening. The food is delicious with a mixture of flavours and textures that are delightful. The staff are excellent and treat you with a warm and friendly atmosphere where you feel like family. We look forward to our next visit. Truly and exceptional dining experience.
