Love this place. Pleasant staff and owners. Great wholesome food.I've known of them since they opened about 25 years ago. It was in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The staff answered my questions regarding ingredients. The staff member then helped me with getting my order to the table. Very friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: They have 4 options for non dairy. I also had a vegan gluten free energy bar which was very tasty.

Great food, coffee, staff, and vibes! The americano I ordered wasn't scalding hot, which I liked as I am not a fan of waiting 20 minutes for my coffee to not cook my tongue to a medium well-done. We ordered some sandwhiches while we were here for the first time and they were pretty good considering they were premade.The muffins they make deserve to be in a category of their own. They're massive, they're unique, and they're insanely good! I would put them up there as one of if not my favourite muffins of all time. The sheer size of these muffins makes them a meal in itself. If the last thing I ate was one of their dreamt up wild muffin concoctions I would die a happy man.Parking: There is a public lot right beside the cafe and various other spots around if the lot is full
A great go to spot for coffee or from my end - hot chocolate with dairy free options - and not too sweet with enough flavouring (simple). They also offered coffee packages for if you're staying at a hotel and want to brew something.Good amount of single/double seating (indoor and outdoor during the summer) but not too much for groups larger than 4. They also serve up sandwiches and pastries (did not try any of this though).

Unfriendly and unhelpful tall red-head Aussie making coffee. This location always seems to have care-less staff with an attitude. Every time we have come here, we get snooty attitude.Cookies & Rice Krispie squares are dry and stale. ❌Muffins have zero flavour. ❌Coffee is excellent though. ✅Atmosphere needs some warmth and character, it’s dull.We will frequent Blondies from now on. The biggest reason being that they are always friendly and have more personality than a totem pole.

This review is coming in a little late. I visited this place back in July 2023. Today morning I was craving for some good maple coffee and I got reminded of Beamer's and the amazing Canadian mocha that I had.I was in Canmore for 4 days and we came to Beamer's almost everyday. The Canadian mocha ( maple syrup sweetened mocha) was such a hit!! Also loved the chocolate overnight oats. I wish we had a similar coffee place closer home.
