Service sucked! I had to go find my kids forks for their spaghetti they were only given spoons, the nachos with beef had a whole tablespoon worth of beef, they did us a “solid” and gave it to us for free (it was buy 2 appies get 1 free) so basically they allowed us to pay for 2 appies ? And not take advantage of the promotion.. I had to ask/request my starters/appies or I’m sure they would of came with my meal..When I mentioned to the server she failed to ask us if we required anything else she seemed annoyed/appalled I even mentioned it, apologized and walked away, THEN I had to go and find ketchup telling the manager I wasn’t receiving service she clearly didn’t care..We walked in sat down and ordered our drinks, then a table next to us sat down they got their meals and were pretty much done by the time us the adults got our meals.. not once did the manager come to speak to us about this, we paid and left. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Food was great. My review is based on our service.I was kind of surprised at the service we recieved. Server was nice and charming but didn't offer any follow-up.There were only 3 tables when we were there as we went late in the evening (after 9pm) our server Grace never offered a drink refill. My drink was empty before we even got food. After our food arrived, our server never came back to check on us at all, although she walked by at least 15 times cleaning and grabbing empty dishes from tables. I had to wave her over to get the bill. I was done eating for a while.

Unfortunately less than average. We had to ask the gentleman at the front desk walking by for service and no one checked up on things or refills, again unless you waived another server down after waiting quite some time. Food was mediocre at best and service the very minimum, priced high for what you got. Props to the young servers in the end that did pitch in at our table together near the end but not the experience I know from this restaurant in the past. Maybe it has different Management.

I ordered gluten free vegetarian pizza (delivery)and paid extra for pineapple toppings. They didn’t add pineapple at all and pizza doesn’t look like gluten free and now they are not picking up the call.

The service was terrific and the food was great, it was hot and tasty. Had a couple of drinks which were made to perfection. We'll be back when we are in the area....A+ service! We ate in the lounge which wasn't that busy and had the best waitress.Parking: Lot is a little small and it would be hard to find a spot if it was a busy night. We didn't go during busy hours and found a parking spot with ease.

We decided to eat in the lounge which was not that busy. The tables were clean and there was one person working. She is attentive and took our order is a timely fashion.In the way for our food order I have no complaints it was tasty and hot.The decor and the reason for the 4 stars for a personal reason that I miss when Boston Pizza at a true sports bar. Now I find it is quite generic.I am glad to see that they have made there menu smaller as before it was a book with so many options it would take a hour to decide on what to eat.When I'm in town again I will visit again and recommend this Boston PizzaParking: Parking seam like it could be a problem if they are busy
Absolutely garbage meal. We spent $150 on a meal that we threw out because it was so disgusting. We ordered from these guys while driving through, and we wasted a bunch of money and ended up buying food elsewhere after. We got 2 completely charcoaled steaks that tasted so burnt, both people threw them away. We got a medium rare steak that wasnt medium rare, and tasted off in a way that was concerning so it got tossed as well. We got a ceasar salad with no dressing at all, and a bunch of fries that werent supposed to be spicy - but were spicy, as well as chunky gravy. Weve been to this location before, not sure what happened since then, but that was a horrible experience. The best thing we ordered, was the bottled water...
