Salmon teriyaki was soooooooo worth it than any other spot for the quality and quantity for the price! Not so much for the sushi but teriyaki is worth it!
I don't typically like to leave negative reviews unless they are warranted. Last night we ate at Edo Japan and it was the worst experience we've had of our trip so far.My fiance did not receive the sushi roll he ordered, and when we went up to the counter to get it he was told it would take too long to make. The staff was rude to us several times. Other than that, the food is mid and service is slow. I would stray away from Edo Japan at all costs.

Portion is generous, food is amazing, we got the sukiyaki beef, gyoza and sushi roll as a bento box and everything is delicious. The gyoza is one of the best i have tried.

Delightful healthy meal for dinner, awesome! Glad to find it here in Canmore as I always choose Edo’s as my take out meal, it’s fresh, hot, tasty and good portions. And I love that Bubble tea special on Mondays !! Friendly staff in this location.
Fantastic food portion and tasty, we ordered online for pick up. Only CON - they have a pick up area but don't acknowdlege the people waiting there, I had to go in the normal line up to state I was there for pick up, that needs to be addressed by management!
