I was really surprised, it was $7.50 for a breakfast sandwich, when I got it I could tell that it was microwaved... I would have expect to something like that at a 7-eleven. Would not recommend. They ask for tip, which makes the total of the microwaved sandwich 8.63...

The baked goods I've had have been delicious, I especially love the Carrot Muffin & Austrian Apple Struedel.I find that the service can be hit or miss, I have had incredibly friendly service (yesterday morning) or been treated as if I'm bothering the person.

This place is the real hidden gem. We are so glad we found this place. We only stayed near Banff a few days but found time to come here two days in a row. I wish they had a location in Denver and I'd be there most days. Pastries - AMAZING. Coffee - excellent. I've got nothing bad to say. The line can get backed up due to their small location and amazing service but it's worth every penny and every bite. What a small business. Would love to have you move to Colorado but if I'm ever back again I'll be stopping by. Thank you!

I had a decaff Americano and an Austrian apple strudel. Both were excellent.The build-your-own sandwiches looked good and much better than having a small selection of pre-made sandwiches which likely have an ingredient which I can't eat, or dislike.

The food was tasty and very homemade. The panini's were an the smaller side but the service was great, the place was clean and comfortable and the prices were reasonable.
Ordered a custom birthday cake to be delivered in Banff. Samantha was quick to reply to my inquiry. The cake was delivered on time, the design was perfect, and was also one of the best cakes we've ever had. Price for the cake and delivery was extremely reasonable. Will be ordering again for our next occasion!

Ordered a make your own sandwich, a quinoa salad and a soup.The sandwich was fresh and delicious.The soup was hot and had good flavour.The quinoa salad however… yikes. I had one bite and immediately knew something was off or rancid. I checked the date on it, and it said it was good for at least 6 more days. Not a chance this thing could sit for 6 more days. The cucumber in it had already gone rotten and soggy. It also smelt of rancid oil used.I talked to the girl at the counter and she promptly refunded me which I appreciated.Have been to this location many time without problems, but this salad just seemed like it was packaged up rotten without someone tasting or looking at how old it was.
