A cinnamon brown sugar cake with vanilla bean bourbon filling was a GREAT choice....absolutely delicious. Great communication from Darci and team. Highly recommend!

The macaron boxes we ordered as our wedding favours were a big hit! Slight mix-up with the order but the team was incredibly kind and helpful, and they sorted it out right away and even threw in a treat box for me and my husband. Delicious and great service — 10/10 would recommend.

We were travelling from out of town for the weekend so we were unable to schedule a tasting, but trusted our wedding coordinators recommendation as well as the hundreds of reviews. We scheduled our cake for pickup a day prior to the wedding, it was packed well for the short drive to Banff, and maintained its moist texture until we were able to cut into it. I would highly recommend Kake by Darci for any special occasion.

They were quick to respond to all of our e-mails and answered all of our questions. Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! We decided on a coffee cake with salted caramel frosting, we got so many compliments on not only how our cake looked but also how it tasted! We can't wait to go back and try more delicious bakery items

Darci provided us with a non-traditional dessert box for our elopement (as we opted out of an entire cake) and I am not exaggerating when I say that these were the BEST desserts either of us have ever had. She found a way to make it special for us newlyweds, despite it not being a cake. We had an assortment of stuffed cookies (do not sleep on these!!!), macarons, cupcakes, and caramels - each and every one was to die for.I have never (and I mean never) had treats that have tasted this good. She has talent and she has skill. Darci was recommended to us by our elopement planner and I am not joking when I say that I spent forever browsing her instagram page after that in excitement of our wedding night dessert!The only downside is that, now that we are back in Ontario, we are sad we can no longer have her desserts! What an absolutely amazing wedding cake! Wonderful to work with this shop. Taste trials were easy and could be done at home. Guests at the wedding argued over which combination was their favorite: we had chocolate cake with raspberry preserves and chocolate buttercream, almond poppyseed cake with vanilla buttercream, and vanilla cake with salted caramel buttercream and caramel ganache. And it looked gorgeous to boot!

We got one tier with cinnamon cake and cookies and cream icing and another tier with lemon cake and raspberry icing. I was super happy with our options as it gave us one sweet tier and one less sweet tier.

For our cake we had raspberry preserves layered inside with confetti cake, and Darci decorated it beautifully and exact to our vision!
