I make a great flakey pie crust thanks to my grandmother; I'm sure everyone I know will be thrilled if I figure out how to make chocolate filled croissants!! ?
A true French bakery with gorgeous and delicious desserts, pastries, and breads. Their chocolate almond croissant is my all-time favorite (and I’ve had many a croissant!). Just fyi, it’s a small space with limited seating.

The best bakery in Canmore! My family’s must stop French bakery on the way to the Rockies! There are traffics due to the road works and there are not many parking. No more individual tables except high bar chairs. Quick take out is the best.

I always go there to get sandwiches when driving to the mountains, but these sold out very fast, especially on the weekend. The coffee is ok. There are only a few spots outside to sit down when the weather is good.
