We got the Arashi ramen & chicken karaage rice bowl. Both were so good and the perfect meals to end a long, cold day. The ramen was nutty and rich. The karaage bowl had a great sauce on top. Would definitely repeat.

I wish I was joking when I say that the server coughed many times openly, first ON the chopsticks she handed us, in the food prep area, by the open water jug, and never covered or washed her hands. Also there is an open kitchen, and I saw the cook also cough multiple times without covering, over top of the broth and food. Disgusting.
After travelling to Japan a few years ago to experience authentic hakata tonkotsu ramen, this is the only shop/chain, Alberta wide, that comes as close to the ones I have tried in Japan. Its not just their ramen that's great, their appetizers are stellar. Really a good amount of thought and care is placed in the dishes they make, just like in Japan.
