The service was ok at best, but we were offered any trays to dine in. The 2 subs I got were very good. The cookies I got were fairly hard, definitely not baked with in the last 4 hrs.The fountain pops (all of them) are so flat that the great plains are jealous off it. Probably will try this place maybe one more time in the future to give them a fair chance.

Not great … the team member on the cash helped two people on the cash with her gloves on … comes by to finish making the sub .. rubs her eyes twice .. then proceeded to try and add toppings .. asked her to change her gloves based on her touching the cash, the till, her eyes .. she wasn’t impressed .. she did change them in the end. When I went to pay for the meal, her co worker came in to chat and she made me wait until she finished talking and taking some food he brought her to the back area … truly felt she was trying to make a point .. 2nd time her and not great service .. won’t be back ..

I stopped by this Subway on my way to the mountains with my son. I ordered 2 footlongs and I had a coupon, buy one footlong, get one for 99 cents. They wouldn't take the coupon! It does not state this on the back in the fine print.Here's a pic of my son holding his sub that he paid full price for! I'm not happy and I'm not coming back!!

I absolutely love this exact location of subway out of all of Alberta. The sandwich artist know what they are doing and how to do everything right. The workers had lots of passion and respect for the customers and I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this exact location of subway.

I accidentally locked my keys in my work vehicle and while waiting for a spare to arrive I went in to order something small so I could sit down since it was chilly and I wasn't dressed for the temperature. The pleasant staff offered me a bigger sandwich and ended up not making me pay! A truly genuine act of kindness. I went in and offered to pay again after my spare key arrived cause I assumed there might have been a miscommunication but they assured me it wasn't a problem. Great people work there and I felt the need to share it so it could be recognized. Thank you to the Subway staff on Bow Valley Trail!!

My first time at this location today and it took three people to make my sandwich.The first girl tried to put cold uncooked bacon on my sandwich before I told her it should be heated up which she didn’t even know how to do. That’s when two other people came out to finish my sandwich.Standing at the register I could see a bunch of staff in the back eating which I think is very unhygienic and unprofessional.The first girl came back out to the till to process my payment but her mouth was so full of food she couldn’t even speak. It was really disgusting.The bathroom was filthy. I will definitely never come back to this location!!The entire experience made me seriously doubt the overall cleanliness of the food and caused me to lose my appetite all together.

Too bad we can't leave 0 stars.. the problem is really the man who served us was verbally aggressive with my mother, my sister and myself, on the other hand he was polite with all the men afterwards. I don't know his problem but he shouldn't work in the business if he behaves like that. Don’t go there !!
