Had a splendid dinner at Sensory. Friendly and helpful service from start to finish provided by. Brad. Caesar salad was right on and the mains of pork chops and salmon were expertly prepared and presented with a wide variety of roasted vegetables. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

The restaurant is a very spacious well kept establishment. Now we were in town celebrating a birthday party so you're going to have to bare with me because it's been a few days and I'm still recovering and putting pieces together from the nights festivities. The wait staff was pleasant knowledgeable and accommodating. We were in a large party so we had a semi private dining area. Their specialty cocktails were great and very appealing to the eye in regard to the presentation upon delivery to the table. Very well put together flavour notes hit. The noise level in the restaurant was perfect for socializing so no complaints there. We did have a large party which probably pushed the kitchen staff a bit because some of the plating of a few dishes came out and were not complete ( 2out3 dishes came missing some plating components) when we made a comment to the waiter he went to investigate. They realized the issue and made a course correction on our bills which was appreciated. I hade the pork chops and I'll say the plating presentation was good but the quality of the the chops not so much, now I've worked in the industry in the past so I usually give a wide birth when it comes to the doneness of my proteins. But these were over cooked or seemed to have been cooked from a frozen state because they were dry as an Alberta summer. Not to mention tough and for that reason is why I'm only giving a 3 out of 5. Pork chops should be cooked through but full of juice these definitely missed the mark. The other components of the dish were great cooked proper with a perfect balance of seasoning. I'd come stop in again if I was in town but I'd probably wouldn't get the chops again.

Was very excited to try the trust menu. Service was excellent. But both courses had potatoes as the vegetable. My wife’s shrimp had almost no gouchuchang sauce, (mine was fine). The short rib was tender, blueberry glaze was good but was dry inside. I think it was maybe chuck roast cubed up. The pork belly my brother in law was amazing and my sister in law really enjoyed the shrimp in white sauce.

Rustic ambience. Great service. Good was good quality... My husband had the Lamb and i had the pork chops. The Lamb was the better option, pork chop was a bit tough but the maple reduction with it was wonderful. Good value, bit higher priced.

The Location is easy to get to and provides amazing views, the atmosphere in the restaurant allows for a very intimate setting, and the food was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service, the owner Terry worked with us to ensure our special day was exactly how we envisioned.
