This is a game changer for me....the bathroom was dirty! the rest of the restaurant looked "mostly" clean, but there were piled up glasses, trays and fry baskets, etc, waiting to be taken into the wash area that clearly had been there for some time. For a restaurant that wasn't too busy, there is no excuse.

Ordered a lettuce-wrapped Mama Burger (almost $7) and received an extremely thin paddy with two tiny pieces of limp lettuce (top and bottom). I order these burgers in Calgary and always receive a normal-size paddy surrounded by a generous amount of crisp, juicy, green lettuce which gives a nice, refreshing (and healthier) twist to the burger. I definitely won't be visiting Cardston A&W again if they cheap out on something as affordable as lettuce which would have been an easy and cheap way to elevate this over-priced burger.

I love A&W breakfast. I had it here in Cardston Alberta. Just not happy with service. During my visit, they are swamped by drive thru and they only give me an option for scramble egg on All-Canadian breakfast. I love sunny side egg and this is what I always ordered even at other restaurants with breakfast. It is a small thing, but when you are craving for a good first meal of the the day and didn't get, that's upsetting...
