We have eaten at this location quite a number of times in the last month or so….having coupons definitely helps. The place is clean and staff are friendly. I am sad that they don’t have the Julius here anymore. The service is a little slow at times, but if you consider the quality of the prepared food (burgers actually look like the sign shows) then you understand the trade off. Food is great, well presented and tasty. Some of the younger staff can get a little bit cheap on the banana split toppings, but that may be a training issue. We will continue to come by….more so if we get coupons again,

No pride in providing fast service anymore, very slow paced staff, definitely no longer fast food nor Fan food, losing a lot of fans due to slow service. Blizzards no longer served full or upside down. Also no coupon given for forgetting to flip it upside down, just another low quality blizzard. Very short staffed store, creating long wait times so no one comes back and then they can justify staffing the place with even less people. High prices as well, over a dollar more per item than other local DQ stores.

I've only been here 2 other times and only ever for a snack wrap. Today I took my husband there for a meal while we were running errands. I am so very disappointed in the food. The young lady at the til was very polite and there wasn't a single problem with her. The restaurant was clean so no problem there. And we didn't have to wait long either so that's a bonus. We got our food moved to the parking lot 1 min over yo be infront of the store we were going to go shopping in and unpacked to eat. My husband and I first started on our poutines. Hardly any gravy and the cheese was melted but not in the typical curd way. More like it was microwaved which would explain the fries that were hot but hard like they were reheated. My burger was decent minus the slightly soggy bun until I noticed the undercooked bacon and the over hard onion rings. My husband's snack wraps looked decent at first, but the chicken was again hard and super dry.

I went to DQ for dinner tonight, they made me wait terribly long in the drive through. Just want to point out that my food was sitting there ready for 10 minutes, while workers were talking amongst themselves. To top it off they forgot to give me my sundae even after that terrible wait time!!This has happened many times for me at this Dairy Queen location. Will not be returning.

As far as fast food goes this location for DQ IS ALWAYS fresh and hot. I have never had a problem. They always give extra chicken fingers as they are smaller then they used to be. Poutine always on point. Onion rings amazing.

Worst Dairy Queen location. The blizzards barely have any toppings and it’s never mixed properly so after a few spoonfuls you just have plain soft serve. I’ve heard the owner is awful too.

Many reviews talk about the service being bad, or ignoring them, since those reviews have been made I believe they fixed the problem and this location is very good!
This is the worst place to go for dairy queen a franchise should always be the same no matter where you go. It’s absolutely disgusting poor service. The blizzards are horrible. They don’t mix them. The ice cream is way too soft melted as soon as you get it the food is disgusting. Do not go here most people in Chestermere go to Calgary to Dairy Queen. They avoid this place like the plague it’s been like this for years and no one does anything about it

When i went to pay i told the cashier it was debit and card got declined so told the cashier again and was declined and asked is it visa i said no debitGot declined 3 times i know i have money in my account so make sure your debit terminal works and the staff who runs the cash knows how to select debitAfter that went to another place and it worked fine2. Noticed when people asked for the key to the washroom the staff would hand it to the customer and not wash there hands before or after as well
