I understand it can be busy but thats the name of the game when you're in good service or customer service. Today was more the 10th time our bagels were not toasted due to rushing through the div fee through line and not caring about the integrity of our food. Please fix this. Also lady with white hair in the morning window can be rude when it's even busier. I wish she enjoyed her job lol
Never had any issues with this branch. I go through the drive thru once a week and the service is always fast and the food is always consistent. I love the flatbread they've recently brought in - specially the chicken parmesan one!
