“Impecable service with demanding, entitled customers. Taysea (not sure about spelling) was lovely and very helpful. As we waited for coffee to be brewed, we noticed the line of expectant, and clearly entitled customers that she would have to deal with after us. As a commentary to the disrespect shown to people in the service industry I felt compelled to leave this review to illustrate how difficult and yet how friendly and courteous the service was. Some of these people just need to take a step back and treat others the way they would like to be treated if they were in the same position. In terms of the food and the coffee, it was all good. However, in terms of the service, it was impeccable.“

The two ladies working today were so friendly; excellent service. The mocha I ordered was the best I’ve had in months. Also had an apple fritter they sourced from Calmar bakery. Delicious! “Blaster cakes have never disappointed me when it comes to taste, design, service & pricing of the cake. It’s my 4th year in a row I always get my cakes from blaster. I trust the blaster team to the extend where I text them to place an order for the cake and they just bring my cake idea to reality. They have always done wonders with the designs. Really friendly staff whenever I've stopped in and fun to browse through the gift store and puzzles next door on the way in.Dietary restrictions: Have been able to easily accommodate dairy free options for drinks whenever asked.“

“Just visited the outlet mall for the first time. It was so refreshing to find a local coffee shop in there serving excellent coffee instead of the usual chain coffee you find in malls. “Is a sterile looking place that also houses a pharmacy, the latte I had was standard, however the scone I indulged in was absolutely incredible. There is wifi and outlets to rejuice devices. Clean and minimalistic. I like it but it definitely lacks Hygge“

“I work nearby this cafe and have been coming here for a few years now. My coworkers and I absolutely adore the Good Morning bunwich!!! We get it almost everyday. Add bacon its even better. “I ordered from here for the first time for an Employee Appreciation event at work. The pastries and donuts were absolutely amazing. My Employees were so happy. The prices were really good too. “It's a nice and cozy place. It had nice Christmas decorations. The issue was that our coffee was ready and we didn't hear anyone call out the name. We figured out after few minutes that what's on the counter might be our coffees and ideed it was. Otherwise, great service!“

“If you haven’t visited the Pho House here in Chappelle, you’re missing out. Got to meet the owner and learned that they rescued it from the previous owner who has fallen ill.How amazing and kind that is, with the added bonus that the new owners have an excellent educational background in hospitality/the food and beverage industry. It was refreshing, which also meant the customer service was/is top notch!More than accommodating and they are adding things to the menu like alcohol, as well as making some extra cool design choices coming in the future.The already cool fish tanks, the brick and mortar feel, and amazing service; this is the best atmosphere of any Pho restaurant I’ve been too.And the meal was more than filling, and just finished my left overs this morning! 2 meals for 1!!!Ash is great, and welcomed me not only to her restaurant but to the community here in Chappelle. “I love the unique choices of coffee they had and the atmosphere, but I can only give a 3 star for food because the sausage roll I bought was given to me cold in a bag (they used to put it on a plate and serve it nice and warm). This is why I don't like giving the tip before I receive my food. To the person serving the food : please heat up the food items to at least room temperature. It was like eating a sausage roll taken out of the fridge- not pleasant.I will say the the symphony Frappe was delicious!“

“This location has recently improved a TON. I used to avoid this location before. Accuracy of orders, friendliness and speed of service is way waaaaay better than it used to be, I don’t know what has changed in the past 6 months to a year but I am really impressed by all here who worked some magic idk but I am happy to be a customer here again!
