This place is an amazing find. Soft ambiance music, clean, nice décor.They start with bringing tea and a menu. I ordered the 5 colour bowl.Just as I was beginning to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, another diner decided to pull out their cellphone and Blair their country style music to a video she must have been watching with no concern or thought for other patrons. (Nor was she aware people were staring at her hoping she'd stop).This place would have easily received a 6 star review if they implement some kind of common sense courtesy policy and request their obnoxious, or non self-aware diners to refrain from changing the atmosphere the restaurant worked hard to create with other noises that don't belong and affect others who are enjoying the experience.(Save your video playing, facetime, or other non appropriate noisy activities for when your home folks. It just seems like common sense).Parking: There was free parking and a decent sized lot.
