I ordered wedges on skip from this location today. This is what I received. Not even edible. The wedges are tiny, burned, yet somehow white as if they aren’t even cooked all the way through. They smell and look like they have been sitting all day. Absolutely abysmal. I think people should at least think “would I eat this myself” before making the decision to give it to a customer. Not okay, 711. Not okay!

Staff was extremely rude and impatient. Tried to get nachos and the chili was pretty much empty. When I informed the clerk she came over and squeezed out the bottom of the bag, which splattered all over and then told me that was enough and didn't change the bag until I was leaving the store. Glad I moved out of the neighbourhood.

The absolute worst 7-11 in the city. Extremely rude staff, no washrooms and it’s always a mess in there. It looks horse barn.
Tried to get a deal that their app says is available but they won't honor it.

I have had multiple horrible experiences with one specific worker. She was about 5’6” with dark hair and darker skin and looked like she was in her mid 30s. my cousin who was accused of stealing and publicly embarrassed has a short term memory and adhd that she very much struggles with. my cousin and i, who were looking after her and were absolutely disgusted with the treatment. the worker got very close and wasn’t wearing her mask properly. this has happened multiple times i hope some change or consequences will be brought up.

A Woman at this specific location was very judgmental and had a very strong body odor. When I started speaking in sign language to my 10 year old son (who is deaf) she started ignoring physical distancing measures and threw a fit about us shopping there. She asked us to leave because apparently the store capacity had been reached even though there weren't more than 4 people in the facility. She also hadn't been wearing her mask properly and had taken it off multiple times. I didn't see her name tag but she was medium height and seemed of Indian descent and had medium dark hair.

They replaced a staff that I liked, with a staff that doesn't seem to care. I don't every bother to stop in for slurpees anymore because they are always bad. Oh well 66 St loss has been 50 St gain.
