Today my Deaf husband went this store and the female cashier’s attitude was so rude because she can’t handle his deafness well he can’t help that he was born being Deaf and he is a paying customer that his hard earned he makes his decision to buy anything he is allowed to have like any HEARING customers ! This Female cashier better not be on her shift whenever I go there!

An older Asian lady named Lia or something needs to lose the attitude. Couldn't figure out how old I am from my ID, then barked my order back to me in an aggressive tone. She should not be working in any kind of customer service.

The place is a poorly managed joke, the staff are very unprofessional and nonchalant, sadly it's the only half decent coffee on my way to work. Almost every morning I come in, the coffee is stale as hell, pretty obvious it's from the night before. The hotdog toppings are frozen I. The container, and the pizza is hard as a rock, even for 7-11 standards. Never again, and to top it off I've noticed the owner gives the same robotic response to every negative feedback, zero personality.
