I’ve gone through the drive thru at this location many times as it is nearby but every single time something is wrong. They’ve forgotten dips, straws and napkins, this time they gave me a regular burger instead of Beyond Meat. Each time i wait 5-10 minutes for the order and for that wait to get the completely wrong meal is unacceptable. I’ve also left feedback through their site multiple times with no follow up. I will not be going back.

I ordered a meal for delivery with a coke and when I got it I tried the coke and it had no syrup. I called asking if they could send a new one and the lady on the phone was like “seriously? It’s fine” so I told her to try it and then she never said another word. I could hear her in the backround speaking to someone but she never returned to the phone.

This location specifically screws up your order quite a bit your ether missing entire Burger for instance right now my chicken is extremely dry and it feels like it's been sitting out for at least 4 or 5 hours under a warmer it's not edible this specifically location every time I don't know what the deal is I have only ordered 3 times in the past 4 months and both orders were screwed up. Just check your food before you leave if you're going to the drive-thru and if you're ordering from Uber you're kind of screwed. Best bet if you like A&W hit another location i do because i love A&W its usually always delicious fresh and looks good

I can’t even believe I’m writing this, but I think this may have been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The employees here MUST be smoking a fat one or smth. I ordered DoorDash and got an entirely different order with half of the food that we were expecting. None of the items matched except for the drinks. Now here’s the crazy part: as my partner was eating the burger we got, THEY FELT CARD BOARD IN THEIR MOUTH AND IT WAS A BREAD TIE. WHAT THE HELL. NEVER GO HERE GOOD GOD I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO REACT.
If your looking for the worst A&W in the city, look no further. They will get your order wrong and will “forget” about the bag cost. I love how they can do the least effort while doing the least effort. Thank you for a gleaming terrible

This place is disgusting and they were annoyed I told them about the cooks blatant disrespect for hygiene. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I just ordered food for my family here. Not only did they almost not give us most of our order, but when opening the apple slices that came with the kid's meal for my daughter we noticed they are EXPIRED. Today is October 11th and these expired on September 19th! ALMOST A MONTH EXPIRED. Don't eat here if you don't want food poisoning.
