The whole problem with it is the guy was not wearing gloves when he was touching the lettuce tomatoes, the bun and all of the ingredients for the order and then he even said when we had proof that he wasn’t wearing gloves when he was touching the food he said, my hands and dad, dirty and then he said nobody in this location use his gloves in the kitchen. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star horrible person and horrible customer service.

Was here 2 weeks ago with my girlfriend and we both ordered breakfast. The person who took our order had a terrible attitude.We had ordered drinks with our breakfast but we didn't get our drinks when our food was brought to our table and I asked where our drinks were. The lady then tried saying I didn't order drinks with my meal and that I had to pay even though I had already paid...... I refused to pay for my drinks a second time that I didn't receive in the first place....Definitely will go to a different a&w location from now on.

I go to this restaurant all the time their food is always hot and the best customer service they have! I highly recommend this place they give me refils always for free doesn’t matter what time of the day I go. I appreciate all hardworking ladies working there.Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger , potato piri piri burger
Ordered a burger. It was good but the environment was the most disgusting restaurant. I've been in third world countries with cleaner, bathrooms and cleaner sitting areas.

Guy who works the window at nights is terrible, they don’t even take your order when you pull up. Need to yell through the speaker to get attention. East indian guy wearing the black sweater.

Night shift employees are useless. Came at 4am and it took 10 minutes for the guy to respond to me on the speaker. Not expecting 5 star service but how hard is it to take an order?

food was OK, the service is great, it's fast, and it could have been better if not for the homeless and if in a much better area. machiatto is just bland, like warm milk only, but it's OK I can deal with that. no mugs and plates too.
Food wasn't very hot. Onion rings were warm at best. The girl that served us at the counter obviously needs more training.

It was quiet the wait for the girl to see that I was waiting at the till, but it was pretty early in the morning and she did serve me everything I asked right away. So it wasn't so bad if u ask me.Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant and it's appropriate kinda place for children to be that's a safe environment.
Absolutely terrible customer service, went there at around 815pm thru drive thru and had to go back through, to get fresh fries.. because they were cold and nasty, I was given dirty looks and rude reply. Then realized the pop flavor was wrong while waiting for said fresh fries, so my sis went into the restaurant to ask for the type of pop we asked for only for the workers to question her even ordering a pop there, while being rude. Unfortunately this is our neighborhood a&w so it's not looking like we will be waiting to spend $ anytime soon. Food prices are expensive enough we don't need hostility with the high price tag.

Took 5 minutes at the speaker before cashier even spoke. then waited 20 minutes for order and they weren’t busy. cashier also spoke very quiet and we could barely hear. Very disappointed with this
