I usually like the food here but after I received a teen burger with raw bacon I am making this review. I don't think putting raw bacon on burgers is acceptable to the health board. Make sure your bacon is cooked.

Went to A&W for dinner, grabbed a few Piri piri chicken and beef burgers, and was excited to try them. Came home, took a bite of the burger, opened it up to the small patties both beef and chicken. The burger tasted awful, not sure how it was supposed to taste, but it was very distasteful. Felt sick afterwards.I called in two days after I spoke to an assistant manager by the name of Yuki. She told me she would get back to me after talking to her manager about the poor experience. Five days passed - no call so I called back even though this was a small order it was about the experience. I called back to see if any action was done. NOTHING. She replied “Oh sorry, Sir, it’s because you don’t eat spicy food and this is the reason.” So the fact that she generalized I don’t eat spicy food and second saying that this is the reason was offending. Was extremely disappointed in the level of management here. Very poor. I don’t like to say avoid places so don’t avoid this location just be weary of quality and customer service. Straight 0

For the price of onion rings you’d expect onion rings. This bag seem full of onion skins…first 4 rings were like eating plastic…come on guys it’s not rocket science!
Staff talking very loud, seems like they were in the market (very noisy) .for 2nd time our order lacks and serves different

I've lived in the area for 15 years I've always appreciated this location being here but for the last year at least everything at this location has gone downhill. Spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru the other night with two people ahead of me, when I finally got up to the window they were not ready with my food still. I will not be back. This location needs staff and they need better organization.

Staff are very friendly and the food is always great and high quality for a fast food place. The only reason I hesitate rating higher is because I often use the drive-thru and the service there has been questionable. I’d say at least 50% of the time, my order has been wrong.Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger is great.

This location has gone down hill! I've been a regular for 5 years. Food was always made to order, and the freshness was appreciated. Now, you pay a premium for cold old food! I asked for fresh food only to be given stale food... they have now lost a loyal customer. After arguing with the gentleman making the food- I will not be returning. Such a uncomfortable interaction. I do not reccomend this location.
