Absolutely brutal lunch. Paid for an onion ring and teen burger got 4 onion rings in the bag and a teen burger that’s so cold the cheese isn’t even slightly melted, a full onion and no condiments on it with a bun that’s so old can barely bite into it. If this is normal serivce I’d avoid like the plague!

My recent order from this store left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. Despite my clear request for vegetarian sandwiches (their new spicy Piri-piri potato buddy burger), I was served beef sandwiches instead, which not only betrayed my food preference (as i am pure vegetarian) but also deeply offended my religious beliefs. It was only after i have taken a bite and didn’t feel right about it. I then called in the restaurant to confirm the order and the supervisor lady confirmed that the staff ‘assumed’ it was a regular order for buddy burger. What was even more distressing was the staff's refusal to acknowledge their mistake. Upon calling the restaurant, instead of taking responsibility and offering a sincere apology, they attempted to deflect blame. The supervisor on duty made it sound like a ‘no big deal’ and no apology was made.It was an obvious disregard for customer trust and respect for my religious practices.Failure to do so not only cut off customers but also reflects poorly on the restaurant's values and integrity. They must take immediate action to rectify their mistake and demonstrate genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and cultural sensitivity.

This location was easily 5 stars before. Drive Thru was quick, sometimes suspiciously quick. However, the burgers just don't taste right anymore. I had this happen before and assumed it was a one off scenario, but it happened again today. I think I'll avoid this location for 6-12 months and hope that they get themselves sorted out.

Unfortunately this location has nosedived in the last few months. They must keep burgers for hours longer than they’re supposed to, the outside of the bun is rock hard stale but the inside is a mush from having the soaking wet lettuce sitting for hours. Staff tend to be nice but produce horrible food, highly recommend staying away and checking out any other spot nearby.
