Went on the recommendation of a friend, he said it was the best italian food in the city and he was not wrong. The carbonara was the best I've had outside of Italy. The waitstaff was very personable and attentive. I cannot recomend Allegro enough, we will definitely be back for more amazing

OMG what a great Italian restaurant! Both food and service are bar none. Tanya served us twice in 6 months apart and she remembered every single one of our family members. We dined in yesterday for a birthday dinner. Our first time visiting Allegro. The food was absolutely fantastic!! The spaghetti carbonara, was really good. No complaints on any dish! We had appies, a pizza and pastas on our table throughout the night, and dessert. Everything was phenomenal! The service was great! Wine was good! Prices for food are not over the top crazy either. It was such a great experience for us. The atmosphere is nice as well. It is a small restaurant with little space at the front door when waiting for a table or others to get out. The crowd seems to be more of an older crowd, but family style as well. It was like a 5 star restaurant in Italy type of setting. Everything was clean, brought to us in a timely manner. Appies first, salad, then mains. Great communication from the server as well and answered all our questions as well.Thanks so much Allegro Staff, we will definitely be coming back!
