I’m so glad we finally checked this place out! I’ve driven past it a million times as it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is 100% worth a visit. My sister and I used to live in Mexico and Azucar felt like home. Great atmosphere, fast friendly service, and fantastic food. We went early for dinner, so we’ll have to return to check out the music/dancing scene and see how busy it gets later on. Highly recommend the Mojitos and Birria tacosParking: Lots of spots in the strip mall lot as well as the side street.Kid-friendliness: We went with our 3 year old and she loved all the decorations and space to dance while we ate! Our waitress was very sweet to her and even brought her a balloon!

What an amazing experience. The atmosphere was so great, and the food was absolutely amazing. We did the all you can eat tacos, and we were not let down at all. The portions were larger than we expected, usually when you think all you can eat, you think small sample portions but not here, the amount of meat on the tacos was perfect for the corn tortillas and the veggie tacos had just as much on them as well. Everything was cooked to perfection, nothing was dry or lacking flavour. 100/10 can't wait to come back again. I can only imagine how amazing a weekend night would be here.

Polite but very slow service. Appetizer was definitely frozen out of a box, cheese on top was almost frozen as well.My mango margarita didn’t have any booze in it and when I brought it up to my server she didn’t believe me and just kept offering me another shot of tequila, but I wasn’t gonna pay for a shot that was supposed to be in my drink. Tacos were good, but we will never go back.Don’t let the all you can eat tacos fool you it’s not worth it.

The food was SO delicious. The big issue we had was the service. We went for all you can eat tacos and the wait to order more tacos was so long and you only have an hour, so our groups ability to order the amount of tacos wanted was not able to be met. I wanted to order dessert but by the time our server came back we just wanted to grab our bill and go. Probably just an off night but going on taco Tuesday it was just a bit of a let down. The food was very very good though.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

Was there for the first time on Sunday, Mar 10 2024. They have only recently started opening on Sundays. VERY limited menu choices on Sunday. Food was okay, Tacos were pretty greasy from being fried too cold, and the three meat tacos I got for $18 was not filling. Got the red and green "hot suaces" , which were really bland and had about the same amount of heat as Heinz Ketchup. Ended up having to order another plate of food to have enough lunch. Total bill with one beer and before tip, was 40 dollars. When did Mexican food go from a hearty meal at a good price, to Nouvelle cuisine, tiny portions. Pretty expensive for a light lunch.I like the Mexican decor but the place is getting a little dog eared. Definitely needs some maintenece, chairs and sofas recovered, etc. The front facade could also do with a spruce up. I almost didn't go in based on how unappealing it looked outside.Service was friendly, but considering I was literally the only person in the place, not really attentive.I might go back and try their full menu, particularly the all you can eat tacos for 25 bucks, but probably not do Sunday again, unless they expand the menu and portion size.

Azucar taco house has a very vibrant Mexican atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. They offer a variety of different tacos and margaritas which were all well portioned and delicious. Our server was incredibly friendly and pleasant as she provided recommendations and excellent service. From appetizers to desserts, Azucar excels in bringing bold and refined Mexican flavours. They also convert into a Latin dance club on weekends which is also really cool.
