I've been here a few times for rice bowls as I work across the street at the hospital. The staff has always been super friendly and they pile the rice bowls all the way up! Super delicious!!

I have been a regular, average 3x a week, customer here for a long time. During the last few months there has been a noticeable decline in the food quality, portion size, and particularly in customer service.Today I arrived 8 minutes after my stated online order pickup time, and was informed by the staff that she hadn’t begun my order yet. She then proceeded to pull her phone out her pocket to take a personal call for 2 minutes. After handling her phone and face, she went on to prepare food until I asked her to change gloves. If this type of disregard for customers and sanitation goes on in full view, I would really hate to see their food safety practices behind closed doors.

This is at least the second time we’ve received incorrect and awfully made orders. This place doesn’t seem to care about accuracy or diligence I can tell…. expect to spend money on this… again, this experience occurs almost everytime and it will be the last for sure.

Had the street taco cheesy beef. 3 pieces of it makes you full with good taste. First time had it will go back for more.
service: our leadership team ordered Food from here for our work on day shift and again on night shifts. They delivered to our place of work.food: huge portions, great flavours, variety (beef, chicken, beans, pork). It was packed in big boxes to protect food.

Girls attitude very bad... Extremely disappointed with the service . Absolutely rude staff member who has no professionalism whatsoever. She clearly has no manners and no respect for customers. Surely a lack of training is in question for her. Everyone else have been amazing and I have been coming here from a very long time.
