I ordered food through skip and it wasn’t followed correctly. I ordered 2 burritos and they were pretty much mixed. ? the 2 burritos were both wrong but it taste fine.. I had to eat the ingredients I don’t like inside the burrito lol.. it’s alright just be careful next time. ?

Can’t believe my first time eating here was just a couple days ago. Amazing and friendly service, clean location and enjoyable muaic. The food was fresh, customizable, and made to order. I enjoyed the ground beef street tacos and ordered more dishes to take-out for my friends. There was an option to collect reward points with their app, or a 10% discount off the order. Definitely found a new go-to spot!

So I got my friends all hyped up about the $5 burritos on national burrito day and offered to drive to pick them up, only to realize that the meat had extra charge and plus there was a limit of 2 burritos at that price anyway. Everyone pitched in their $5 but at the moment of paying I realized that the price was almost double of what I had anticipated and I had to cover the difference. The staff told me that it was "taxes" but in reality your advertising antics cost me a small fortune and hid behind the small print.It is not good business practice to fool your customers if your intention is for them to be return. Just sayin'

I ordered extreme fries yesterday that were really delicious. I loved the atmosphere and customer service there. There was one lady it seems to me she is the owner of the store she was really nice. Highly recommended.

I've been a customer at this location since it first opened years ago; I downloaded the app as soon as it was available and have collected and redeemed loyalty points for years. After today's incident, however, I find myself doubting if I'll ever come back.I am sorry to say that Bar Burrito's National Burrito Day advertising campaign used borderline deceptive and misleading tactics. While I was well-aware that the pompous $5.49 price applied only to bean burritos, I failed to realize that at the very end of the e-mail I received there was *very* small print that stated an imposed limit on how many bean burritos I could get for that price.This situation could've easily been averted by a kind warning by the staff at the moment of ordering, as I am sure I am not the first person to fall for this tactic, but no, instead of a kind warning I was met by the most rude, condescending, ill-mannered "manager" I've ever met in my life.She declined my request to not take the burrito that was over the limit, saying that it was already made. In other words, I was forced to pay for food I didn't want to buy.To add insult to injury there was a long strand of hair in one of the burritos.I am beyond disappointed and find myself wondering were did the nice staff they used to have at this location go?

One of the most bizarre customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 shrimp bowls each with a side of chips and salsa (see receipt). Was only given 1 chips and salsa which is no big deal at all..just let the lady know and she immediately kept chanting “no you only ordered one!! No you only ordered one!!”. I was so bamboozled because my receipt clearly says two?? Didn’t say anything else but won’t be back.Bowls were drowning in sauce and light on toppings. From the other reviews, the food is hit or miss but just a weird interaction.

Photos of my bowl AFTER I already removed a bunch of black beans.Update - went to the restaurant. They will not refund me a dime. Neither will skipThe dishes.Never again will I give this hole nor skip - my business.

Just stopped by for a quick late lunch and I enjoyed the service. The lady spoke politely, very friendly and welcoming. Explained all the menu etc. Will definitely come
Staffs are really nice and friendly which good restaurants having that kind of vibes which make people coming more for there food Just was there today and the service was spectacular great environment to grab a seat and have some great eats would 10/10 recommend and will be going there again to get some good
My partner and I go here semi frequently but the last time we were given the wrong type of chicken. We usually get spicy chicken but what we were given was not that. It was painfully spicy and it made our burritos disgustingly wet. Worst of all, the burritos we ordered made us ill. Spent all that night and the next day with intense stomach pains. We normally love the place but we're not going back after that experience. I have no idea what they gave us instead of spicy chicken.

The service and food this evening was amazing!!! Also they give good portions. Asking for an extra scoop of chicken when ordering a bowl is 100% worth it as well. The two girls working this evening deserve recognition with the great customer service they gave.
