I waited 40 mins for my order only to be cancelling it in the end. I did come back at the counter about 4 times in between the 40 mins. The crew busy at the kitchen would just look at me.I really wanted to try your menu as I've heard it on social media. But this experience was a total disappointment. The customers that ordered after me got their orders already. One crew explained that my order never came through because it was new on the menu. But my point is no one was in front to talk to follow up my order. The crew who can see the counter from their workstation would just look at you. I hope you do something about this poor customer service.Location: H Mart EdmontonWould not recommend unless you put more staff that are actually fit for customer service.

My daughter just ordered 6boxes of 7pcs wings and 2 sauces thru UberEATS. We only got 1box of 7pcs and 2sauces.We didn't receive the receipt either. It's too frustrating that the delivery was late and for us to find out that it's not enough. We end up opening a can food just to feed our family.

Little Korean Fried Chicken shop inside the H-Mart in the little cafeteria area. Note they do fry the chicken to order, so if you're in a hurry make sure to order in advance. The chicken is juicy and tender, and the coating is incredibly crispy and satisfying. And of course you have the options of the different flavours. All of them are great choices! The pickled daikon side is a must. Still great even the next day!

Lol this place used to be my favorite but it’s gone downhill? I don’t know if they’re cheaping out and not giving pickled radish out anymore, but 13 dollars for 7 pieces of wings stuffed into a cardboard box is a waste of money. Came soggy as can be.Used to be my favorite chicken place but come on? The pickled radish not being giving out anymore is a huge skimp. And cheaping out on the take out boxes. Do better

After pelicana chicken closed, we’ve been on a hunt for a new fried chicken in Edmonton. I can say that this is now our new favorite! So crispy and sauces are delicious! Kind of a hidden gem if you don’t visit H-mart.

Never coming here again. First of all it took nearly an hour to get our order. Second of all the service is atrocious. You order your chicken and are given a buzzer. They call your buzzer when your order is ready. My wife and I ordered and took a look around the market for about 15 minutes then came back. Obviously we don’t expect the chicken to be ready yet, so we wait in the seats right in front of the store. 30 minutes pass, and our buzzer still hasn’t rang. It’s okay, we can still wait. 5-10 minutes later (so a total of 35-40 minutes), I decide it wouldn’t hurt to ask kindly for an estimate of how much longer it would take. I tell them my number and one of the workers goes like “oh, it’s right here”, and pulls out the bag with our order in it behind the counter. I was surprised and asked why our buzzer didn’t work and she responded sometimes the buzzer doesn’t work. I was just so appalled that I said thank you and took the order and left. But now that I’m home eating this cold chicken (it had been out for a while I’m assuming from the temperature), I’m thinking why did not one of the three workers have the sense to ask what we were waiting for for over 30 minutes in front of their store. Why, if they knew the buzzer doesn’t work sometimes, couldn’t they at least give a cursory shout out of our order number? Look, I’ve worked my fair share of minimum wage jobs when I was younger, I understand the workers probably don’t have the best motivation to work hard being paid pennies. But in those over 30 minutes of you standing around looking at your phone and talking, why not put in the most minimal amount of effort and interact with the customer who’s been sitting in front of them for an unusually long time?I’m sure the chicken would’ve tasted pretty good fresh, it wasn’t bad cold, but the whole experience turned me off. And for those wondering, we tipped like $6 so it’s not a case of customer bias, though that would signify a different problem.

Best Korean chicken in the city, but I stopped going due to the excessive wait times. Often 45 minutes to an hour to recieve a single take out order.

Chicken wasn’t fresh, it tasted disgusting. It’s like it has been frozen then thawed then left for a long time.

The taste is really good. I could say it's the best chicken chain. But it's too much overpriced. The price is twice more expensive than original country also pricier than other chicken restaurant in local area.

In my opinion, this is the best Korean fried chicken in town. The chicken is crispy and juicy, not overly oily, and their choice of sauces/seasoning compliments the chicken nicely. The staff are prompt, polite, and friendly. The pricing us quite reasonable.
