Been coming here for years, never left a review before but this place is awesome. We always come here for food and to play some pool. Tonight our waitress was Vicky and she's a solid gal. Very quick to return with drinks etc. Very friendly. Thanks for the great service and food!

here today for my birthday and vicki is amazing!! she's so polite, friendly, accomodating, enthusiastic, and pretty to boot! very timely service, checks up on my table at all the right times. can't get a better server! thanks vicki! always such great service and atmosphere at billy budds!
Went on my birthday with my mom and niece. Waitress was very friendly. But bartender chick could use some customer service skills and how to smile.

Pizza was good but they gave me raw wings. Service was terrible had to track down waitress to order food get re fills and pay the bill. Staff is kind of rude and walk away before your even done ordering. Won't be going back.

Service needs work last 3 times there and service was horrible for believe tips are earned so if you want to act like a snob and come around every half hour then you get what you earn and the chef need to learn how to cook

The food was great and the staff was very attentive. Went as a group of 4. It was our first time. However, it is one of our son's most favorite places. He lives in South Edmonton.
Great pub. Our server was Meleana and she was great. The burgers and wings were awesome.

I've lived in the area a while and passed this place many times, so my friend and I decided to go there a couple months ago to watch a hockey game. We called ahead to make sure they'd be playing that game, and they said no problem. I got there and no on greeted me, so I started wandering around looking. Finally a girl came up and asked if I needed help, I said I was there to watch the game, and she proceeded to disappear. Eventually came back and said they would play it on a certain screen, and then she offered to sit us way far away from that screen. The tables close to the screen were completely empty. She said they were reserved. She then disappeared and another girl was going back and forth and didn't say a word to me. Needless to say I stood there for a while looking around while they ignored me, and then left. Those girls made it clear they didn't want my business. I've served for years and this is not how you treat customers. I will not go there again.
Food was average, bit greasy. Service spotty. Washrooms are difficult to get to.Parking: Limited parking
