Bloom is, by far, the best cookies I have had. AND they are vegan which is even better. I picked up enough for my daughter's class for her birthday and all were happy and impressed. My partner and I adore Bloom Cookies!! We have dietary allergies and restrictions that make finding delicious and safe cookies and baked goods a real challenge but Bloom has provided AMAZING options! It is so appreciated to be able to go to a local business and not have to worry about an allergic reaction or settling for the one option a shop might have. Everything Bloom makes is delicious - I don't know how we could choose a favorite but the ginger snaps are definitely up there! The staff are well-versed in any possible allergies/cross-contamination and did a great job explaining their gluten-free options when we took a family member with gluten sensitivities. Please take the time to check out this absolute gem of a shop - the staff are lovely and we honestly can't say enough about how great the cookies are! Perfect balance of sweet and salty, chewy and crunchy. I've been excited to go to Blooms new location. Today a bunch of us met for coffee and a cookie. The drip coffee was great, for those who aren't vegan or dairy free they also offer a dairy option for your coffee (if you choose). The coffee was really good and complimented my gingersnap cookie. This location has great parking. Inside it's cozy and comfortable to enjoy a beverage and their delicious desserts. Staff are super friendly.
