I asked for my chicken burger without spice, but they gave me a spicy one. Another member of my family got chicken strips, not spicy ones, but they were spicy too. They refused to remake my sandwich properly for me, and blamed the issue on the oil they used. This location usually makes things right, but not this time. To make up for my meal not being what I asked for, they gave me a pizza bread instead. The pizza bread was burnt. Going here was a waste of money, and I will never go back to this location ever again. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

This resteraunt is probably one of the rudest experiences I have had because I ride a bicycle and had a backpack on I was not allowed to attend the Southside Calgary trail location and I found that the servers were quite rude about

Probably the worst bp’s I’ve been to!! waited in the dark cause they had burnt out lightbulbs !! Made our order and after waiting for 20mins not even our drinks came !! We walked out and will never return !!
2 and a half months of being a regular here, EVERYONE had been welcoming and friendly to me. Shannon is the bartender that I see the most and she is extremely good at her job, but also very welcoming to me as a customer.I am very happy to make this my regular spot for either an Oilers game or just a regular night to unwindKeep it up and I will be coming here for as long as I live in this area. Possibly until I retire in 25 more years.Thank you Calgary Trail Location for being the best Boston Pizza in Edmonton, and possible the best location in Canada.
Great server, food was good and relatively fast. It was cold in the place that was the only draw back for my first time at Boston Pizza in Edmonton.

For a weekend evening it was rather quiet. Couple other families with young children. The service was fast and the server was wonderful.Parking: The parking was very good.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessible parking was right in front of the door with a sidewalk ramp.

Consistently good food...I hadn't visited this location yet. There was a large party of people milling about the front desk and only 2 girls working so I had to wait a while to get noticed. There was a group of 3 ahead if me who ended up leaving because no one sat them. I wasn't in a hurry though and waited a few more minutes until I was seated. The waitress was apologetic and very attentive once I sat down.I had the shrimp tacos, which were excellent, and a caesar salad. Their dressing is very good with lots of cheese and bacon .Generally a good experience, as I've come to expect from one of my favourite restaurant chains!!Parking: Lots if free spots
