Very bad experience. When we arrived there was no one to greet us until after 5 minutes one of the staff finally noticed us and had us seated. We literally waited 20 minutes just for the waiter to come as take order for us. And not only that but I also had to walk in to them just to let them know that we are ready to order. Even after ordering we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to be served. Overall the food was good. But I would suggest that you guys work on how to communicate with customers and the service time as well. Thank you.

Disappointing Service Experience at Boston PizzaI recently visited Boston Pizza and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their service. Upon arrival, my party and I seated ourselves as there was no indication to wait to be seated, only to find out later that there was an obscure sign hidden by other customers. Despite waiting for 20 minutes, no server approached our table.When a server finally did arrive, their attitude was less than welcoming. Instead of a friendly greeting, we were met with a curt remark about waiting to be seated, delivered without any tact or courtesy. It was evident that this server lacked proper training in customer service etiquette.While we understand that establishments can get busy, it's crucial for staff to handle such situations with professionalism and respect for customers. Regardless of how good the food may be, a lack of consideration for patrons tarnishes the overall experience.It's disappointing to see such a renowned establishment like Boston Pizza employing individuals who fail to uphold the values of good customer service. I hope they take steps to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

The food, on the other hand I can.Breaded chicken wrap: When I opened The container after driving 8 minutes to my destination, The fries were soft and soggy. There was a small pool of sauce at the bottom of the container. Basically felt like I was eating a soup sandwich.Will probably never order from this location again.

Just ordered on skip. 22 bucks for a ravioli and was barely any sauce and literally 10 ravioli's pricing is going up and portions are getting smaller. Very disappointed for 22 bucks.In 2018 you got almost a full container for 16.50
