The owner Josh was very kind and professional, we had the burger with french fries and it was the best we have had in years, Great flavours that all worked extremely well together and the French fries were cooked to a perfect crisp.The Caesar was phenomenal.The pineapple daiquiri was also very good.Thanks so much for having us.

I didn’t get pictures of everything, and I think the only complaint is it can get pricey. $16 to add chicken to a salad and for $30 ravioli, you only get about 6 pieces. Food was spectacular! We had the beet done 3 ways to start ..just OMG! I ordered the boneless short rib with mushroom risotto and red wine demi. It was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right. Everything we ordered was superb, Dave ( our server) was so knowledgeable, can't wait to go back.

Had to leave this review to shoutout Alexandra who served my friends and I for a birthday cocktail night recently. From the minute we sat down until we left we had the most amazing service, she felt like a friend that we wanted to hangout with and it made the service experience very memorable! We only had a few cocktails (which were really great and I’m impressed with how extensive the cocktail menu is - there really is something for everyone) but based on the service I will 100% be back to try the food and more for the menu. I've been to Boxer several times, and was impressed enough to give it another visit. Overall, I love the ambience, the vibe is is great. I arrived on time for my reservation was seated promptly. This is where it went sideways. It took seven minutes for a server to come over and to greet me. The amount of time I had to wait was offputting for me as there were several servers that walked past never made eye contact with me, two bartenders that walk past never made eye contact with me, and then, finally on that seventh minute a person came over and said that they would take care of me as their server was not in, and they would provide me some service at this time until they got there. Coming from the hospitality industry I didn't take too well to this, as when a new person walks into the place it should be recognized that there is a new person. It should be acknowledged from everyone, whether it's their section or not. All servers should be covering each other's back whether or not one person is there or not hello is to be said to everyone within a timely fashion, generally, two minutes of walking into a place a person should be greeted. This did not happen. Once the server did come around, she was quite charming, and she did have good knowledge of the menu. This will not deter me from coming back to the place. However, I think it's just important. That management covers the importance of acknowledging each and every patron when they come into a restaurant and the importance of greeting a client within the first couple of minutes.
Great food, friendly service and cute interior. Prices were reasonable/comparable to other brunch places. We didn’t have to wait for a table which was nice on a Saturday morning.The banana bread french toast was very indulgent and the eggs Benedict was on the fluffiest focaccia bread. The potatoes were excellent as well. Would go again!

I’m giving our experience a two instead of a one because the cocktails were really good. My husband and I rarely get out for a date so we were super excited to be going to check out Boxer. I ordered the $28 main course gnocci dish. Please see the photo. It’s all shiny because it is literally swimming in oil. It consisted of several lumps of something pasta like covered in oil. That’s it. Our server seemed to be having a horrible day and obviously wasn’t interested in serving us. I don’t think she smiled once; she mostly just seemed annoyed by us. I do not like giving low reviews but this was particularly bad. Kudos to the cocktails tho.

Valentines day special was very good! GF really enjoyed her food. I also liked her plate however mine was very good! Just not to my taste preferences. Very cool ambience but the music choice was interesting given it was a romantic valentines event.
