Such a cute bakery. I’ve been looking for a 5 ⭐️ artisan bakery in Edmonton for almost a year and I’m so glad to have finally found it! Make sure you get there before noon if you want choice.I had a bunch of treats and a cappuccino but this goat cheese and roasted veg keyhole was so perfect. It’s easy to get carried away with goat cheese but they balanced this perfectly.

Delightful coffee house just by the beautiful Paul Kane park. Was cozy as the snow was coming down. Limited seating, fresh breads, and savoury pastries. Lemon curd cruffin was great paired with a latte. Price is standard to any other coffee place. Will be back.

Tends to be busy on Saturday mornings. Service is good but quick.Everything I've had here was great! Good portions at a good price. I especially liked the flaky savory pastries, there's just something about them.... I've moved away from the area, and miss regularly ?

All the pastries we got were so delicious and the vanilla latte was great as well. We got the Lemon Curd Cruffin (croissant muffin!), Pain au Chocolat, and Monkey Bread which looked like some type of cinnamon bread. The Lemon Curd Cruffin was absolutely delightful. The lemon curd filling was not too sweet and tasty. There was a generous amount of filling within the pastry itself which I liked. I loved taking a bite of the cruffin and seeing more filling for the next bite. It was honestly perfect. The cruffin concept is genius (*chef's kiss*). The Pain au Chocolat was great as well. The pastry was quite large, flaky, and overall had a great texture. My latte was great too. It was very smooth. Service was timely and the lady who took our orders was nice. We came at a really good time because after we ordered and got our pastries, there was a line out the door.Overall we had a great time and the Lemon Curd cruffins were so memorable. I look forward to the next time I'll be back :)

The quality of the product they offer is good, but selection is limited and the store hours are inconvenient.

I love Brio Bakery when they have items for sale! I love buying bread and other items from them but as of late I will get there a little after 12pm and they have nothing left, no bread, no nothing so I'm not sure what the point is staying open until 3pm just for 1 cookie on their counter. I used to manage events and can't understand why they can't project how much bread, croissants, cookies and other items they need that will get them until almost the end of their work day. Nothing more frustrating than getting there and everything is gone. So I've given up on Brio Bakery and looking for another bakery in the area. P.S. my friends feel the same way.
