Great atmosphere, food was great but pricy but it’s ok for quality beer and food, not impressed with service no follow up on drinks if u order extra server tell you the price in advance, is that the standard.

Was at this location on February 23rd. First time at this location. Worst service imaginable. Food was good, atmosphere was ok for a Friday night but the server couldn’t have cared less about her job. No greeting, no hi, no welcome, just “what do you want” after waiting 10 mins. And it wasn’t overly busy. Didn’t see the waitress or talk with her again until til it was time to pay the bill. Had to go to the bar to get a refill on drinks.

Nav the manager and the team always provides an exceptional service, goes above and beyond to meet your needs. He makes my friends and I always feel welcomed. The food is always great as well. Overall, a great restaurant to come dine at.

Talk about Bowls done right! Awesome dining experience. Server was really nice and the meal was lovely..We had two dragon bowls-tofu and teriyaki chicken and there wasn't a drop leftover! They were both so tasty. The carrot cake for dessert was a delightful surprise- warm and just the right amount of sweet!
This place is absolutely amazing and I go there with my girlfriend once a month. The beef dip is delicious and got her hooked on it. Only critique is they do not fill their au jus for the beef dip and gravy for the fries to the top alway half full for some silly reason. Then they charge $3 for each ? to take

The watermelon mint gimlet is amazing. Also, I’m absolutely astonished by how amazing I was treated by the manager, Nav. He makes all the customers feel welcomed and will cater to your needs. Super personable and funny. If you come here make it a goal to share some words with him! He’ll brighten up your day! My server Juliana was so sweet and humble. Very kind girl. My experience here was nothing short of phenomenal.

Hi, we came to celebrate our elderly aunt's birthday, but we received terrible service not from our server but from the manager with pink cardigan and nav nav, the guy. Both managers were terrible at their job. So rude, the lady manager kept telling us to shut up, and she was threatened to call the police I don't know for what. Don't believe me, just watch your cameras you will see who was wrong. That lady manager should not be in hospitality the way she was treating our elderly aunt and her friends. Please do check your camera's thanks. And I hope you will take some serious action about this incident.

We were there celebrating my aunts birthday who is a senior and was surrounded with all her lovely friends who are family !! The management there were extremely rude !!!! As we were singing happy birthday he approached us to keep it down and we are disturbing other customers ?where other customers were actually singing and cheering with us !!! Then we had another manager come out and asked to not take photos and we were being rude and privacy for the customers was asked but it was how she spoke to us in a manner and literally made everyone annoyed and especially my aunt who was only celebrating her birthday I will not ever want to go there or recommend anyone else with that being said even the sitting was not provided to us properly poor service and loyalty to us as customers there were 15 of us we all paid the service extra charge fee and paid our bills as customers even after being treated poorly

Jan 5/24: Came here for the first time & I must say it was pretty good. The prices a little expensive but it wasn't bad. Can't say there was much to my liking.... in regards to the food (I'll only ever order the Kung Pao chicken lettuce wrap) the drinks were actually pretty good, tried a different variety. Justin was good but I didn't like that when he came to put down our drinks, he would do it where the railing was for a 2 person table, the only reason I didn’t like that was because it makes it seem like the stuff is coming unexpectedly.... so meaning I possibly could’ve accidentally knocked over my drink while I’m talking with my partner & the other thing was not being attended to right away but overall the service was still pretty decent nonetheless

This is the place we always go because loaded are the best here, we basically we come here for loaded nachos.Today’s experience was pretty weird. We went there with kids and wanted to sit on sofa and manager was like we don’t have any sofas available so we were like do you know how long we should wait and replied with a gesture “we don’t know” the body language was like we don’t care about you. We will go to another location next time but not this one and all because of this incident.
