Today, It wasn't a good experience with their service. Requested manager for side plates for shareables as our server probably forgot to bring. MANAGER just dumped plates on the edge of the table and walked away. The server was too busy as we waited 15 mts for them to order appetizers!!

Pretty poor! Order a FULL size blackened chicken Alfredo as part of a large office order, the chicken looks like it was a quail breast! Pic with fork for scale, I've had more meat on a chicken wing. We all ordered and paid for cutlery and ZERO cutlery arrived... we will not be ordering for the office again

This location most definitely served my celiac girlfriend gluten on a dish that is labelled gluten free despite other locations doing it properly. They were told numerous times of her celiac. We are 100% positive it was them. I would avoid this at all costs if you are celiac - unlike other browns, they do not have a shared fryer, and despite saying this and supposedly removing the gluten components of a meal, still glutened her.

I ordered through Skip. Delivery came in and I was missing items. I called and they said: yes we sorry, it was our fault but because you ordered through Skip we can’t do anything for you. Easy to throw the ball on someone else! So no money back, no item delivered to your home but you did pay the whole order.Ohhh but hold on, they sent 5 different sauces in the bag and I guess they think you are supposed to figure out what belongs to what or perhaps they think you work there to literally do the work for them. Poor packaging. Poor service. Glad to know I don’t have to order from this place anymore

I'm very disappointed. The restaurant was almost empty, and the hostess was going to position us behind the desk. We requested to move down a seat. One waiter working. We were given cold beer in a warm glass. There was no offer to exchange the drink. One dish was blacken chicken Cesar salad. 5 pieces of chicken with 1 1/2 cup of salad for 21$. The other was burger and rings with 1/2 cup of lettuce. I know where my lettuce went to. 2 draft drinks for 17$. I don't mind paying more for a meal, but your serving size didn't match the price. Our last visit.
