The best food truck in Edmonton! Every time I see the bully food truck I have to stop to check out the menu! They switch it up often and you can always expect something new to try! The beef burrito was amazing I had to buy 2 because it was so good.

My Dad is waiting for eye surgery and can't make it to my farm to christmas because he's basically blind.Bully food truck helped me (In Saskatchewan) get christmas supper to him! I am so grateful for your kindness and generosity!He will have a lovely Christmas meal thank to them! ?❤️

Tonight was my first time eating from Bully and although I was only able to try one item the menu looked pretty good. Most typical food trucks have this expansive menu whereas Bully had 4-6 items on the menu. This tells me they work hard to make those few items the star on the experience. With that said the results were as I thought, I had the Mac n cheese and all I can say is wow...that Mac was something. It had so many flavors and textures my taste buds and my mind were working overtime to figure out what all had been put into this. In the end I spoke to the crew and I got some wicked tidbits and "secrets" that I'm gonna keep to myself and I may even try.I will definitely try Bully again if and when I see them. Job well done chef!

We used them as our wedding Caterer (buffet style) and they did an amazing job! Everyone said how incredible the food tasted and the staff did a great job keeping up with the plates and re stocking of the food! Highly recommended ?

Highly recommend!! We recently had Bully cater our wedding and they did such an incredible job. They set up so fast and everything looked beautiful. They were super friendly the entire night and even picked up everyone's dishes after they were finished eating. I couldn't have been happier we chose these fine people to have at our special day. Through the whole process they answered all my questions, accommodated our dietary needs and we’re so professional. They were so fast getting everyone through their truck, the food was hot and delicious, we got so many compliments the whole night raving about how good it was! I had Bully cater both my staff Christmas party in 2021 and my wedding in October 2022. Both times they were so helpful in choosing our meals. They were very flexible and the pricing is so fair. Our wedding coordinator and our guests mentioned how professional the staff were. The food...which is why you're all reading this...is AMAZING. They source local meat and you can taste the passion in their creations. There are so many unique options and their signature dishes (bully mac etc) are something to write home about. The meat is always well seasoned, cooked perfectly and accompanied by the tastiest side dishes and salads. They have a lot of attention to detail and they make sure everything they serve is well thought out. I highly recommend them for your events. And check out their food truck whenever it pops up.

Ordered the 5 person grab and go for new years, wasn't enough of each item for everyone to try. Veggies were not prepped. Did not heat up great, as everything different sizes. Not worth the money, so disappointed.

Had this at the Taboo show and man was it good! Actually all we had was the beef mac and cheese but it was tasty. Fill the cup so much you have eat some just to mix it all up! Also cup is awesome, has a lid so if you can finish it all you can take it home. I will be trying more for sure, cant wait to try Swiss mushroom burger
