We were going to skip this BK (very bad reviews) and go to the one in our area but decided to stop here regardless..However , we had a great experience. The food was delicious and fresh , the staff were pleasant and didn't skimp on napkins or ketchup.
Usually it's fairly good. But occasionally the staff will forget certain items through drive through. Last time I went they forgot a burger, so we had to go back and explain. They were quick to make another one, but they made the wrong one, so we had to get that fixed again.

Honestly overall my experiences here are quite good. The food is usually excellent and at worst, it's good. There was one time where we waited about 30 minutes for an order but other than that time, which we were not pleased, we enjoy eating here and it's a special place for us. Happy to say that one bad experience was only one time.
